Tri-County Securement is a "Professional Building Inspection
Company" founded in 1987 to provide a convenient source for FHA Mechanical and Roofing
Certifications. | ||||||
| In 1989, | at the request from local mortgage companies, Tri-County acquired an
Illinois State Pest Control License and began providing termite inspections. | |||||
| In 1990, | a new concept was beginning to catch on, it was called a "Home
Inspection". Tri-County jumped in with both feet, and developed a home inspection program that
would incorporate all of the most common inspection services into one convenient format. | |||||
| Today, | Tri-County Securement is one of the first fully licensed home
inspection companies in the State of Illinois. | |||||
